**Description:** ---------------- We are currently seeking a Tender Technician for our department located at our Madrid offices. Responsibilities: * Analyze public tenders focused on Engineering and Consulting. * Read, interpret, and summarize tender documents (PCAP/PPT), annexes, and clarifications, identifying technical, administrative, and solvency requirements, award criteria, and mandatory documentation. * Collaborate in preparing and managing administrative documentation, including the European Single Procurement Document (ESPD), declarations of honor, solvency certifications, powers of attorney, notarial deeds, certificates, classifications, etc. * Participate in drafting technical proposals, coordinating contributions from technical teams (methodology, resources, scheduling, organizational chart, quality, occupational health and safety, environmental management, innovation, etc.) and ensuring alignment with evaluative criteria. * Support preparation of the economic proposal. * Manage queries and clarifications addressed to the contracting authority/client, track responses, and update documentation accordingly. * Layout and final review of the proposal (format, file extensions, signature requirements, annexes, document traceability), ensuring quality, consistency, and strict compliance with the tender specifications. * Knowledge of and proficiency with electronic procurement platforms (e.g., PLACSP and others): preparation of electronic envelopes, digital signatures, encryption/digital fingerprints, verification of submissions, and resolution of issues. * Monitor submitted tenders: opening procedures, requests for corrections, award proposals, submission of supplementary documentation, and coordination for formalization. * Archive and maintain a tender repository: versions, templates, evidence. Competitive and negotiable salary. **Requirements:** --------------- To join our team, we require: * Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering and Public Works, or Technical Engineering in Public Works), Architecture, Technical Architecture, or a related field. * Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in tendering. * Preferably experience in the Civil Engineering sector (e.g., construction supervision or project design). * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; knowledge of Microsoft Project and design software (flowcharts, presentations, etc.) is considered an asset.
