You will work on exciting projects with prominent clients in the Retail sector. Your main responsibilities will include coordinating and supervising maintenance services for offices and commercial premises, providing support to Facility Management (FM). Below are your key responsibilities, for which comprehensive training will be provided from day one: * Resolution and management of incidents. * Organization of maintenance services across buildings, offices, and commercial premises. * Procurement of technical service providers. * Monitoring of work orders and preparation of reports. * Supervision of compliance with SLAs and KPIs established by clients. * Tracking and control of workflow-based processes. * Preparation and submission of budgets, proposals, and reports. Minimum Requirements: * Spanish, German, and English (written and spoken; assessed during the interview) * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. * Strong verbal communication skills: clear expression, courtesy, and friendliness. * Responsible conduct and ability to work effectively within a team. * Ability to work under pressure. * Dynamic attitude with a strong commitment to delivering prompt responses to clients. * Proactive and committed mindset. We Offer: * Permanent contract. * Full-time position (40 hours/week). * 100% on-site work, Monday to Thursday: 08:00–17:00; Friday: 08:00–14:00. * Annual gross salary of €22,000, paid in 14 installments. * 21 days of annual vacation.
