At Acierta Servicios, we are expanding our team to join the Facility Management department and work in the Community of Madrid. **What would your responsibilities be?** * Plan annual preventive maintenance activities. * Maintain continuous communication with each client’s responsible parties, resolving incidents and identifying new requirements. * Supervise technical maintenance work (preventive, corrective, and statutory) carried out at each facility. * Manage and motivate personnel under your supervision (shift planning, training, performance, and workplace climate). * Prepare, present, and negotiate budgets and economic proposals for services and minor works. * Monitor the contract’s profit-and-loss account, controlling costs and margins. * Manage specialized subcontractors, ensuring compliance with deadlines, quality standards, and applicable regulations. * Control technical and legal documentation (certificates, maintenance plans, occupational health and safety documentation, etc.). * Implement and supervise continuous improvement and energy optimization plans across buildings. * Periodically report to senior management on operational, financial, and customer satisfaction KPIs. * Place orders for materials and spare parts required for maintenance activities. * Ensure compliance with current regulations regarding installations, safety, and environmental protection. **What can we offer you?** * Permanent employment contract. * Contract start date scheduled for February 1, 2026. * Full-time working schedule (Monday to Friday). * Office hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with flexible start and end times. * Mobility across various sites within the Community of Madrid. * Compensation package: fixed salary + variable component. * Company car. * Meal card.
