At **Oxigent Technologies**, we are recruiting **a Backend Developer** to participate in the **development of a massive, modular, and highly coupled ecosystem comprising dozens of mission-critical modules**, from their offices located in **Madrid**. What will be your main responsibilities? * **Evolve and maintain business logic on a CORE insurance and finance platform.** * **Develop and debug legacy Java backend**, including **Struts 1\.x, Hibernate XML, and DB2**, ensuring performance and consistency. * **Manage batch processes and SOAP services** in **WebSphere/JBoss** environments. * **Maintain and enhance server-side views** using **JSP/JSTL and Velocity.** * **Generate and maintain critical reports** using **JasperReports**, and manage database changes with Liquibase. * **Resolve complex production incidents, optimize performance, and ensure stability** in a regulated environment.
