What would you do? * Plan and coordinate end-to-end releases in complex technological environments (software and infrastructure). * Manage dependencies among development, QA, DevOps, and infrastructure teams. * Ensure adherence to deadlines in short-cycle and continuous delivery environments. * Identify, anticipate, and mitigate risks associated with releases. * Coordinate deployments, validations, and rollback strategies together with operations teams. * Maintain visibility of release status for technical and business stakeholders. * Drive continuous improvement of delivery processes. What are we looking for in you? * 4–5 years’ experience as a Delivery Manager, Release Manager, or in similar roles within technological environments. * Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams (development, QA, DevOps, infrastructure). * Practical knowledge of agile methodologies and continuous delivery environments. * Ability to manage multiple dependencies and work under time-to-market pressure. * Experience in release planning, risk management, and technical coordination. * High operational autonomy and strong organizational capability.
