Job Description We are looking to hire a Kitchen Assistant for Don Pollo. The position focuses on supporting mise en place and service. You will work in a hospitality environment involving customer interaction, collaboration with the kitchen and front-of-house teams, and adherence to food hygiene and safety standards. Main Responsibilities * Customer service and service delivery according to venue standards. * Assistance in table setup, preparation, and clearing, or workstation organization. * Compliance with HACCP procedures and cleaning of assigned areas. * Coordination with the team during peak hours. Requirements * Prior experience in hospitality or willingness to train (valued). * Proactive attitude, punctuality, and ability to work in a team. * Basic knowledge of Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
