ACCIONA, through its Infrastructure division, seeks to hire an intern for the Open Innovation internship at its Madrid Campus.**Job Description** **Mission:** Support the management of open innovation programs and the development of their projects **Responsibilities:** **1. Business Intelligence** * Support analysis of trend reports across the company’s various business units * Support analysis of emerging technologies in the market * Use of specialized tools and platforms for competitive intelligence analysis **2. Startup Scouting** * Support mapping of the Spanish and international entrepreneurial ecosystem * Support analysis of international startups and scaleups * Use of a CRM to manage startup profiles * Support startup selection within the I’MNOVATION process **3. Project Management** * Support project management using agile methodologies * Assist in tracking pilot projects * Support the design of creativity sessions **4. Communication** * Support coordination with the social media department * Support drafting and production of communication materials * Coordinate with communications teams for ecosystem events * Support development of communication plans for innovation programs **5. Fast Track** * Support tracking of contractual documents associated with innovation programs * Support tracking of invoices linked to each startup and/or pilot * Use of operational tools such as SEO.net and PROCUR\-e to place orders. **Candidate Requirements** * Final year of undergraduate studies or a qualifying master’s degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial), Business Administration and Management (ADE), Journalism, Advertising, Innovation (LEINN), or related fields. * Minimum English proficiency level B1, with ability to actively participate in meetings and strong written and oral communication skills. **Availability:** * Availability to sign a 6-month university or academic institution internship agreement. * Start date in September. **What We Expect From You** We seek high-potential individuals with strong teamwork skills and motivation to grow within an international company.
