What are we looking for? At Exolum, we are seeking a Commissioning \& Transition Specialist (Aviation) **Key Responsibilities:** * Coordinate and execute aviation operations commissioning and transition activities, ensuring efficient handover to Operations. * Participate in readiness preparation for operational launch ("Day 1") following established governance models for each project. * Develop transition documentation and provide support during startup and hypercare phases. * Collaborate on implementing operational processes, systems, and tools, facilitating communication, training, and change management. * Conduct commissioning tests, validations, and reporting at airport facilities, in coordination with technical teams and subject matter experts. * Collect and analyze test data, report results, and support equipment and operational optimization. * Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of processes, procedures, and operational documentation. * Identify improvement opportunities and operational risks, ensuring compliance with HSSE (Health, Safety, Security, and Environment) standards and applicable regulations. * Develop metrics, analyze data, and support lessons-learned collection to drive operational excellence. **You are our ideal candidate if you have:** * Engineering degree * Fluent English, both technical and conversational (C1 level) * 1–5 years of experience in airport aviation operations, including ITP * Strong communication skills, customer orientation, and action-driven mindset * Availability for medium- to long-term assignments Diversity, Equity & Inclusion At Exolum, we firmly believe diversity drives innovation.
