Job Summary: We are seeking an Assembler for Machinery and Automation Systems to carry out construction, commissioning, and maintenance of systems, supporting engineering and production teams within a multinational company. Key Responsibilities: 1. Construction and commissioning of machines and automation systems. 2. Technical support during installation and commissioning of auxiliary systems. 3. Detection and reporting of anomalies in design or installation. Through **Total Management Consulting**, we are currently recruiting an **Assembler for Machinery and Automation Systems** for a major **multinational specializing in machining and aluminum products**. **What We Offer:** * Permanent contract * Fixed annual gross salary: €29,000 * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00–18:00 (1-hour lunch break) * Location: Cornellà del Terri **What We Are Looking For:** * Minimum 3 years’ experience in assembling machines and automation systems. * Advanced knowledge of electronics. * Preferred: Training in electronics or mechatronics. **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Construction and commissioning of machines and automation systems, supporting assembly and production activities. * Technical support for the installation and commissioning of small machines, tools, and auxiliary systems designed by our engineering team, contributing to assembly line efficiency and the development of pneumatic automation systems. * Mechanical assembly of machines and tooling based on technical drawings or schematics. * Connection and activation of pneumatic components. * Verification of proper operation of assembled systems. * Adjustment and calibration of mechanical components. * Detection and reporting of anomalies in design or installation. * Preventive and corrective maintenance of internally developed equipment. * Coordination with engineering and other involved departments.
