




Position Summary: We are seeking an Administrative/Technical Assistant for the Procurement Department to manage purchase orders, monitor logistics, and support internal customers. You will join a team of four people responsible for purchasing and supply of goods, as well as internal customer support. **Position Description** Administrative/Technical Assistant in the Procurement Department. Functions / Tasks / Responsibilities **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Managing purchase orders to suppliers (both national and international), ensuring optimal supply. * Monitoring logistics and controlling goods receipt dates. * Maintaining and updating records in the supporting IT system: database, items, dates, conditions, selling price tariffs, etc. * Controlling supplier and carrier invoices. * Managing incidents. * Requesting quotations and negotiating with suppliers. * Supporting internal customers.
