Job Summary: You will be responsible for optimizing equipment allocation and fleet management to ensure efficient delivery of energy solutions across diverse operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Proactively plan the fleet to cover projects and optimize resources. 2. Assign equipment and materials to maximize customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams and European fleets to minimize costs. Bring your energy to Aggreko as an **Equipment Planner**, based in **Madrid** or **Barcelona**. **You will be responsible for optimizing equipment allocation and fleet management to ensure efficient delivery of energy solutions across our customers’ diverse operations.** Uninterrupted power. Heating, cooling, and oil-free compressed air without limits. We keep our customers’ worlds connected — from world-class events lasting a few weeks to mining operations and remote communities relying on us for decades. **What will you do?** * Proactively plan the required fleet to cover projects within the opportunity portfolio, aiming for maximum optimization. * Assign the most suitable equipment and auxiliary materials for each project after service confirmation. This will be carried out in close collaboration with Customer Service, Projects, and Operations, always prioritizing customer satisfaction. * Transfer delivery material information to each branch with sufficient lead time for proper preparation. * Maintain smooth communication with the Central European Fleet to coordinate cross-border equipment and auxiliary resource exchanges (as needed), aiming to minimize mobilization costs. * Reconcile and resolve discrepancies in fleet and stock inventories. * Maintain Safety as the highest priority in all our operations. **What are we looking for?** * Experience in operational planning and management. * Essential fluency in Spanish and English (business level). * Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and analytical skills. * Proficient use of technological tools, especially Excel and CRM/ERP platforms. * Team- and customer-focused, with strong communication skills. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to work for an internationally recognized organization delivering temporary power generation and distribution, temperature control, and compressed air solutions. * Join a globally renowned company known for its technical expertise, high-value-added solutions, and extensive fleet enabling service to any industrial sector. * Competitive Compensation and Benefits: * Permanent full-time contract (40 hours per week). * Attractive base salary plus performance-based variable component. * Comprehensive social benefits package including meal vouchers, private health insurance, and life insurance.
