We operate multiple industrial plants in Barcelona, Alicante, and Madrid (Arganda del Rey). Currently, for one of our plants in Arganda del Rey, we are seeking a Packaging Shift Assistant Supervisor. Your role will involve supporting line supervisors in managing a team of 30–50 people on packaging lines, as well as handling any incidents that may arise, prioritizing tasks according to production planning. You will provide primarily administrative support, completing production folders, guides, and other documentation. Experience in shift supervision for packaging or finishing operations in the cosmetics or pharmaceutical industry is preferred. Accustomed to managing and leading people. Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices and packaging procedures for products in various formats. Familiarity with production processes.
