Job Summary: We are seeking a responsible and versatile machine operator to operate machinery, ensure product quality, manage defects, and coordinate line personnel. Key Responsibilities: 1. Efficient operation and maintenance of industrial machinery. 2. Quality control and product adjustment to meet standards. 3. Incident management and coordination of line personnel. A machine operator is required for a company located in Alzira. Main responsibilities include efficiently starting up and shutting down machinery to minimize downtime, as well as executing family changeovers according to established procedures. The operator must be familiar with quality standards to identify and correct potential product issues—such as packaging quality or product shape—and perform necessary adjustments. The operator will operate the machine according to technical specifications and maintain equipment in good condition through routine cleaning and lubrication. Additionally, the operator must manage defects detected on the production line, report them, and resolve any incidents that could interrupt the manufacturing process, notifying the supervisor in case of breakdowns. Coordination with other machine operators and allocation of line personnel will also form part of the role to ensure adherence to planned production targets. The contract is full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with rotating shifts (morning, afternoon, and night) and corresponding statutory rest periods. * Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position. * We seek a responsible and versatile candidate. * Proximity of residence to the workplace is desirable.
