Founded in 1984, Tomillo has an average annual staff of 194 contracted professionals—mostly educators, pedagogues, and psychologists—and over 350 volunteers. In 2022, we supported a total of 3,553 people in vulnerable situations through education, entrepreneurship, and employment training programs. What will be your responsibilities and functions? * Accompany young people from various organization programs at Campus Carabanchel, promoting comprehensive intervention aligned with the organization’s intervention model through classroom-based educational support and reinforcement in core subjects such as language and mathematics. * Conduct assessment and diagnosis of each young person’s situation, including evaluation of educational needs and learning style. * Provide individual and group accompaniment to young people, developing their personal and social competencies through educational support. * Co-teach socio-educational activities, with special emphasis on implementing active methodologies for developing socio-emotional and technical competencies. * Participate in periodic and final follow-up and evaluation of young people. * Propose modifications and adaptations to activities and materials planned by teaching staff, based on the needs of young people with learning difficulties, to facilitate comprehension and acquisition of content. * Attend meetings of the educational support team, contributing—alongside the team coordinator and in collaboration with teaching staff—to the definition of operational procedures, objectives, and methodological strategies related to educational support actions. * Coordinate across different organizational programs for case accompaniment and follow-up. * Participate in program-specific structures: faculty meetings, working days, trainings, etc. * Contribute to implementing the organization’s intervention model tools and managing interventions via CRM database. * Participate in developing and/or adapting curricula together with educational teams. * Collaborate with teams in preparing reports, annual general programming (PGA), activity reports, cross-cutting activities, etc. **Profile:** **What do we require?** * Degree in: Pedagogy, Psychopedagogy, Educational Psychology, or Primary Education Teaching * Recommended: Training in social intervention with minors and families, as well as in identifying and supporting learning needs. * Digital skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office applications and educational platforms. * Languages: English and Arabic (desirable) **What do we offer?** * Expected start date: Immediate * Permanent contract * Remuneration in accordance with the Collective Agreement for Social Action and Intervention. * **30-HOUR WORK WEEK** * Schedule: Split between morning and afternoon shifts * 23 annual vacation days per collective agreement * Continuous training plan. **Competencies:** Initiative and autonomy, Organization and planning, Teamwork **Level:** Employee **Contract Type:** Part-time **Duration:** Permanent **Salary:** Between €18,001 and €24,000 gross/year **Minimum Education:** Bachelor's degree **Minimum Experience:** At least 2 years **Start Date:** 12/03/2026 **Number of Vacancies:** 1
