We are looking for someone who: * Comes from the workshop environment (technical profile with experience managing teams). * Communicates and teaches effectively. * Adapts messages flexibly according to the audience. * Is eager to take the next step and grow professionally. * Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word, etc.). * Resides in Madrid and is available for travel. Main Responsibilities: * Deliver technical training on mechanics and workshop operations. * Train on organization, work methods, safety, order, and productivity. * Implement and update work procedures at centers. * Identify real workshop needs and translate them into training actions. * Support field teams to improve their performance.
