Production Operator - Fixed Night Shift

Description

We are seeking personnel in Villaverde to cover the fixed night shift on a production line. Tasks include machine setup and adjustment at the start of the line, as well as initiating and supervising the cable manufacturing process. During the shift, operators monitor proper line operation, handle and guide cables throughout the process, and perform final winding onto spools of various sizes, including large ones. Visual inspection of finished products is also conducted, and the workstation is kept orderly and clean. **A temporary contract with potential for stability is offered:** the first three months are through a temporary employment agency, followed by a three-month extension, after which direct incorporation into the company's permanent staff is envisaged. Working hours are from 11:30 PM to 7:30 AM, with a salary of 12.46 euros gross per hour and a night premium of 1.97 euros per hour (applicable between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM).
