The selected candidate will be involved in the full software development lifecycle, collaborating on design, implementation, integration, validation, and maintenance of software solutions, as well as evolution of simulation models and development-support tools. #### **Key responsibilities** * Participate in all phases of the software lifecycle: design, development, testing, integration, and documentation. * Maintain and develop software components and simulation models. * Create and enhance support tools for simulation and validation environments. * Prepare technical documentation in English. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary and international teams. * Manage software configuration and ensure compliance with established processes and standards. **Your profile** ------------- To thrive in this position, you should be comfortable with: * Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. * More than 3 years of experience in software development. * Proficiency in **C and C\+\+**. * Experience in **embedded systems**. * Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC). * Experience in software design, implementation, testing, and integration. * Knowledge of procedural and object-oriented programming. * Advanced English proficiency for working with technical documentation and international environments. **Nice-to-have** * Experience in simulation model development. * Familiarity with simulation technologies and standards (HLA, DIS, SEN). * Knowledge of aerospace systems and avionics. * Experience with software development tools and methodologies. **Location:** Getafe (Madrid, Spain) **Work model:** On-site We value all applications and offer in-person, online, and certification-based training.
