**Cubivalsa S.L**. is a construction company headquartered in Madrid with over 20 years of experience in the construction sector. **Job Description** * Propose the optimal option for contracting work units and services with suppliers and subcontractors, based on bid analysis; once the proposal is approved, proceed with contract execution. * Conduct economic analysis of cost indicator trends for projects under responsibility, verifying alignment with budget. * Provide technical supervision of all work units, maintaining direct contact with the site manager. * Schedule tasks according to project planning, organizing assigned technical and administrative personnel. **Requirements** * Required Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering / Public Works * Planning capability to organize construction schedules and allocate resources efficiently. * Knowledge of materials management and prior experience administering construction resources. * Experience managing subcontractors and negotiating contracts in accordance with project objectives. * Proficiency with computer equipment (Office, AutoCAD, Presto) and Occupational Risk Prevention. Salary: €25.000,00\-€30.000,00 per year Work Location: On-site employment
