Quality Manager

Description

The professional will be responsible for leading and maintaining the quality management system in a multinational industrial environment, ensuring regulatory compliance and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include updating and supervising system documentation, guaranteeing that internal procedures are effectively implemented and followed. The role also involves administering quality management software tools, defining and monitoring key performance indicators to assess process efficiency. The professional will participate in internal and external audits, manage nonconformities, incidents, and customer complaints, and implement corrective and preventive actions. The role includes participation in continuous improvement projects and coordination of activities related to food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices. A methodical approach and strong analytical capability are required to identify improvements and propose effective solutions. The objective is to maintain and elevate quality, environmental, and safety standards, aligned with corporate policies and market expectations. The working environment is dynamic and enables interaction with various departments. The contract is temporary, lasting four months, with full-time hours totaling 39 hours per week. Working hours are Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 17:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 15:00\. During July and August, an intensive schedule applies: Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 15:00 and Friday from 08:00 to 14:00\. The gross annual salary is €34,697.42, and a meal allowance of €12.50 per worked day is provided for split-shift days, excluding Fridays and summer months. The workplace is located in Villaverde, Madrid. A university degree in Engineering or a related field is required, along with demonstrable prior experience in Quality departments within industrial environments. Practical knowledge and experience with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards are mandatory. Candidates must have experience conducting internal audits and collaborating on external audits, as well as familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies and quality management systems. Advanced English proficiency is required; French knowledge is considered an asset. Desired personal competencies include an analytical problem-solving orientation, organizational skills, rigor, and the ability to work autonomously. Strong communication and cross-departmental collaboration skills are essential, along with a clear commitment to continuous improvement and operational excellence.
