Senior OpenText Exstream Consultant – CCM & Document Composition

### **Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and maintain templates and communications in OpenText Exstream Cloud\-Native. * Perform evolutionary and corrective modifications to existing communications. * Configure business rules, dynamic content, and document variants. * Manage mapping and integration of variable data into documents and communications. * Administer reusable components and corporate document structures. * Execute functional and technical tests across various data scenarios. * Analyze and resolve issues related to document composition and generation. * Manage the full communication lifecycle: development, testing, validation, publication, and promotion across environments. * Prepare technical documentation, test evidence, and associated procedures. * Coordinate with source systems teams, document management teams, and electronic signature platforms. * Ensure quality, consistency, and compliance with document communication standards. ### **Requirements** * Proven experience with OpenText Exstream Cloud\-Native. * Experience with OpenText Communications Designer. * Solid knowledge of document template creation and maintenance. * Experience managing rules, variants, and personalized content. * Experience in mapping and processing variable data. * Knowledge of XML and/or JSON. * Knowledge of JavaScript. * Experience in testing, debugging, and issue resolution. * Experience working across different environments and promotion/publication processes. * Experience with at least one of the following platforms: + OpenText StreamServe. + OpenText eDOCS. + IBM FileNet. * Analytical ability, attention to detail, and technical autonomy. * Experience in document management environments and corporate communication generation.
