The position focuses on supporting the Operations Manager in managing, coordinating, and developing the organization’s projects. The selected candidate will supervise the daily activities of family homes and family rooms, as well as other programs such as the human milk collection service or à la carte hospitality services. They will also verify that services and procedures comply with established quality standards and current regulations, ensuring all operations align with the organization’s mission and values. They will serve as a key point of reference for home managers and room coordinators, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment oriented toward delivering the best possible support to families. Key responsibilities include coordinating the central office volunteer team together with the marketing department, reviewing procedures and documentation with homes and rooms, and supervising the quality of data recorded in the database. They will also participate in impact data analysis, monitoring the effectiveness of family-oriented programs, and identifying emerging needs to propose innovative activities or services focused on family care. They will collaborate closely with the Operations Manager throughout all phases of new project development and event organization—such as the Family-Centered Care Meeting or the National Volunteer Meeting—as well as other meetings dependent on the department. The offered contract is temporary, with an annual gross salary between 30.000 and 36.000 euros.
