Our Treasury Consulting team in Madrid is growing, and we are looking for a Senior Consultant to participate in high-impact projects within large organizations. **What will you do?** * Participate in Treasury transformation projects from strategy through execution. * Analyze and redesign end\-to\-end processes: Cash \& Liquidity Management, Cash Flow \& Forecasting, Financial Risk Management, Payments and Collections... * Drive digitalization and evolution of operational models. * Manage risks, *stakeholders*, and executive-level engagement. * Coordinate cross-functional teams and develop junior profiles. * Identify improvement opportunities and contribute to commercial proposal design. **What qualifications are required?** * 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting. * Solid knowledge of Treasury processes and the financial cycle. * Experience in transformation, digitalization, or process improvement. * Leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. * High proficiency in both Spanish and English. **Desirable – Preferred Qualifications** * Knowledge of specific applications such as SAP modules for Cash Management, Bank Communication Management, Treasury and Risk Management, In-house Bank... * Other Treasury software: Kyriba, FIS, SAGE… * Banking connectivity: SWIFT, EBICS, EDITRAN. * Certifications (CTP, ACT, SAP) or experience in automation/APIs.
