We urgently need OutSystems Back-End Developers with at least 3–4 years of experience in the role and in the IT sector to join our team, which offers significant challenges, a strong track record, and professional growth. Work modality: HYBRID — 2 days per week onsite at the office (Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona area), remainder remote. Responsibilities: * Development and maintenance of back-end applications on the OutSystems platform. * Design and implementation of integrations with external systems and APIs. * Participation in technical analysis and solution design. * Optimization of application performance, security, and stability. * Monitoring and improvement of system observability. * Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams in agile environments. Requirements: * OutSystems Associate Developer (ODC) certification. * 3–4 years of experience developing with OutSystems in similar projects. * Experience integrating with other systems and APIs. * Knowledge of critical systems, performance, security, and observability. * University degree or Higher Vocational Training Certificate (CFGS) in ICT. Desirable: * OutSystems Professional Developer or Expert Developer certifications. * Experience in application architecture and microservices. * Familiarity with monitoring and performance tools.
