Job Summary: We are seeking a technical support specialist to provide user assistance and support, primarily for Windows infrastructure, including incident handling and configuration. Key Highlights: 1. End-user technical support for Windows infrastructure 2. Incident management and use of remote control tools 3. Knowledge of Office 365 and antivirus solutions **Responsibilities** Responsible for delivering technical support and assistance to end users on generally Windows-based infrastructure. **Minimum Requirements** Vocational training qualification (medium or higher level) in technology-related fields. Driver's license category B1. Minimum 1 year of experience providing end-user technical support and assistance, including: * Telephone support to users. * Use of incident management tools. * Use of remote control tools. * Support for Windows operating systems. * Office productivity suite. * Configuration of POP3, IMAP, and Exchange email accounts, both in desktop email clients and on mobile devices. * Antivirus solutions. * Network and communications architectures: Wi-Fi networks, switches, routers. * Hardware troubleshooting of equipment (e.g., memory, hard disk, power supply replacements). * Familiarity with Office 365 tools and environment. **Desirable Requirements** * English: B1 level. * Fundamentals of ITIL and/or ISO 20000. * Knowledge of Linux infrastructure. * Knowledge of macOS infrastructure. * Microsoft certifications. * Knowledge of support and maintenance for Windows Server operating systems. **Attitudes** Responsibility, commitment to the company, autonomy, teamwork ability, and interpersonal skills will be valued.
