Job Summary: Supervises equipment maintenance, repairs, and testing, ensuring compliance with work standards and occupational health and safety requirements. Key Highlights: 1. Job Description: **What is your mission?** Reporting directly to the Prevention Service and the Service Execution Coordinator, your mission will be to supervise preventive or corrective maintenance, commissioning, as well as repairs and testing of our equipment—focused on compliance with the company’s work standards and occupational health and safety requirements. **Key Responsibilities and Functions** * Technical and documentary support in preparing fieldwork. * Development of specific procedures and/or assessments during preparation of fieldwork. * Support for coordination of activities during preparation of fieldwork. * Delivery of technical training focused on safety. * On-site supervision of service activities: o Implementation of protection and selectivity studies o Assembly, commissioning, and energization of low- and medium-voltage air-insulated and SF6 gas-insulated switchgear. o Personnel involved in assembly and installation subcontractors. o Execution of expert testing using specialized test equipment based on documentation provided by the Work Order (CPC100, HIPOT, MIT1025, etc.) o Execution of expert diagnostic tests using proprietary diagnostic software o Installation and commissioning of new equipment o Execution of medium-voltage equipment retrofitting o Identification and participation in sales opportunities. o Preventive and corrective maintenance of the customer’s installed base (LV and MV) * Reporting on site visit follow-up. * Reporting on improvement opportunities identified by field technicians and/or subcontractors. * Compliance with—and enforcement of—safety policies, practices, and procedures at all times. * Internal collaboration with various SEE departments. * Identification of business opportunities, including safety-related opportunities. * Promotion and development of technical improvements applied to safety. **Core Electromechanical Knowledge:** * Field technician experience performing technical execution tasks related to low- and medium-voltage products in after-sales, technical assistance, or maintenance areas: electrical, electromechanical, and electronic. * Knowledge of electrical risk (LV-MV-HV) * **Fast Learning Ability:** * Aptitude to acquire new technical knowledge, especially Schneider Electric-specific platforms and tools. * **Customer Service Orientation:** * Skills to interact effectively with customers, identifying and efficiently resolving their issues. Effective communicator, both orally and in writing. * **Teamwork and Collaboration** * Ability to work well in a team environment, collaborating and sharing knowledge. * **Transformer and Protection Knowledge:** * Skill in diagnosing problems and ability to find solutions; accustomed to working in high-pressure environments focused on achieving results/objectives. Strong planning and organizational skills. * **Technical knowledge of electronic/electrical component theory.** * **Compliance with all safety policies, practices, and procedures.** * **Service vocation and customer orientation, negotiation and influencing capability** * **Ability to present information effectively and respond to questions from customer groups.** * **Valid driver’s license.** * **Knowledge of safety procedure application (LO-TO) and/or the Five Golden Rules.** * **Knowledge of application of Royal Decree 614/2001 on minimum provisions for the health and safety protection of workers against electrical hazards.** **Education and Experience:** Technician, Higher Technician / Technical Engineer in Electrotechnology with at least 2 years of related experience, or 4–5 years of equivalent experience in a related field, or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Occupational health and safety training, basic, intermediate, or advanced level certification and/or 2 years of experience in occupational health and safety.
