Reporting to the Commercial Delegate of the branch, responsibilities include: * Customer support and advice via telephone, email, and/or in person at the point of sale regarding technical queries (pricing, complaints, incidents) and processing immediate purchase orders. * Order management for special or out-of-stock material quotations, coordinated with the Purchasing Department and Warehouse & Logistics Manager. * Assistance with budget preparation. * Proactive prospecting and outreach to generate new business opportunities with active customers in the database. * Support and coordination with the Branch Warehouse & Logistics Manager and other Isolana branches regarding transport management (loading, pickup/delivery schedules, freight verification and handling, etc.). * Support for the external commercial team. Minimum Requirements: * Relevant education related to the position is valued. * Proven experience and knowledge in selling construction materials (gypsum board, insulation, roofing, façades, etc.) is essential. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Experience using ERP sales, warehouse, and logistics modules is valued. * Availability to work split shifts Monday through Friday.
