Job Summary: We are seeking an HR professional with talent and a service-oriented vocation to manage policies, training, and agreements while advising teams. Key Highlights: 1. Your responsibilities will focus on: * Participating in the implementation and review of selection, training, and development policies at headquarters and centers. * Collaborating in the preparation of the Annual Training Plan and its rollout. * Advising, training, and informing HR and administrative technicians within their areas of expertise. * Managing collaboration agreements for internships with universities, official bodies, and other public and private training institutions at headquarters and centers, as well as with external professional service providers. * Preparing reports required within your scope of activity. What are the **minimum requirements** to join the AMAVIR TEAM? * Bachelor’s or undergraduate degree. * Postgraduate training in HR will be valued. * Prior experience in Human Resources. * Valid work permit.
