Position Summary: We are seeking a .Net Programmer for a technology consultancy to work on the development and maintenance of applications for a Government Entity, participating in a long-term project. Stable project with a Public Administration client Our client, a technology consultancy specializing in projects for both public and private sectors, is looking for a .Net Programmer to join a Government Entity. The selected candidate will be responsible for the development, maintenance, and evolution of applications in the .Net environment, participating in a long-duration, highly stable project. What challenges await you? * Conduct technical and functional analysis of project requirements. * Supervise technical tasks and ensure development quality. * Implement software following established best practices and standards. * Develop and maintain applications in .Net (Framework and/or .NET Core / .NET 5\+). * Participate in the design of microservices-based architectures. * Collaborate in the development of web and/or mobile applications (iOS, Android). * Perform unit and integration testing to ensure software quality. * Supervise and produce technical project documentation. * Participate in agile ceremonies and collaborate with the development team. What makes you the ideal candidate for this role? Education (Mandatory Requirement): * University Bachelor's Degree and/or Diploma (MECES 2\) in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Systems, or related field. * Active and valid Microsoft development certification. Technical Experience (minimum 3 years): * Development using .NET technologies (Framework and/or .NET Core / .NET 5\+). * Experience with microservices-based architectures. * Development of web and/or mobile applications (iOS, Android). * Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC (Model\-View\-Controller). * Frontend development with: HTML5, XHTML, CSS3, JavaScript, and libraries like jQuery; asynchronous communication technologies (AJAX or similar). * Development of services and data access: SQL databases (SQL Server or others). * Modeling knowledge: UML, software development design patterns. * Experience in: unit testing and integration testing. Required Tools: * Development environments: Visual Studio. * Version control: Git, SVN, TFS (Team Foundation Server). * Other software development and lifecycle management tools. Additional Requirements: * Fluent Spanish (mandatory for communication with national teams and clients). * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (50% onsite) in Madrid. * Personal laptop for performing job duties. * IMPORTANT NOTE: A valid work visa permitting residence and employment in Spain is an essential requirement. Desired Experience (Plus): * Prior experience in Public Administration projects. * Knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Experience with containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
