We manage a wide variety of assets: offices, commercial buildings, shopping centers, residential properties, hotels, logistics and industrial assets, among others. **Who Are We Looking For?** We are looking for a **Sustainability Manager** for our **Madrid** offices, with a technical background—Engineer/Architect or other technical degrees. And with a high level of English (a test will be conducted). **Main Responsibilities:** A Sustainability Manager will lead sustainable strategic projects for assets. Key responsibilities include:* Drafting reports and proposals * Leading the execution and achievement of sustainability objectives for assets. * Preparing OPEX and CAPEX budgets according to sustainability strategy and asset requirements. * Preparing and interpreting Energy Efficiency Certificates * Knowledge of current regulations on sustainability and energy efficiency * Preparing technical monitoring reports * Principles of Project Management sector: project organization and phases of construction projects, tenders, awarding contracts, cost control, time control, construction execution control, final handover. **Requirements:*** Degree in Engineering or Architecture * At least one year of experience in a similar position * High level of English * Valid **driver’s license** * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD * Knowledge of sustainability and energy efficiency applied to the real estate sector * Familiarity with and ability to use CE3x, Cypetherm and HULC tools **What We Offer:*** Join a company undergoing strong growth. * Dynamic, professional environment with a positive working atmosphere. * Real opportunities for professional development and continuous learning. * Permanent contract with a six-month probationary period * Remote work (two days per week), subject to minimum tenure with the company * Flexible working hours rtMSZNGuEP
