Job Summary: Sanitas Hospitales is seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate the national rollout plan for medical centers, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and high-quality execution through comprehensive project management. Sanitas Hospitales is selecting a Project Manager to lead and coordinate our national **medical center opening plan**, ensuring execution on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The selected candidate will be responsible for the **end-to-end management of openings**, coordinating multiple functional areas and guaranteeing smooth progress for each center from inception through to launch. **Main Responsibilities** * Monitor progress of center-opening projects, ensuring adherence to **agreed timelines and approved budgets**. * Coordinate and track various departments involved in the opening process (**real estate and construction**, **procurement**, **branding**, **IT systems**, **licensing**, **business operations**). * Identify risks and deviations in scheduling or budgeting, proposing corrective actions. * Ensure effective communication between internal teams and external vendors. * Prepare periodic reports for senior management, tracking milestones, risks, and overall program status. **Required Profile** * University degree in economics, finance, or related field. * A Master’s degree or specialized course in Project Management is highly valued. * Minimum of **3\-5 years’ experience managing complex projects**, preferably in multi\-site or expansion environments. * Proven ability to **coordinate multiple stakeholders**. * Experience in budget control and planning. * Experience in sectors such as **healthcare, retail, real estate, or infrastructure** is desirable. * Strong organizational skills, results orientation, and proactivity. * Excellent communication skills and ability to manage priorities. **What We Offer** * Permanent employment contract, highly competitive compensation, and an excellent working environment. * Opportunity to participate in a **high-growth, high-impact strategic project**. * Dynamic environment with significant exposure to senior management. * Professional development within a rapidly expanding organization. * Advanced English proficiency. **Innovation, Commitment to You, and Customer Support** -------------------------------------------------------- At Sanitas, we welcome you with open arms.
