Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support the Projects and Supply Chain area, participating in strategic and continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborating in project management and change implementation. Collaboration in Change Management and Data Analysis **What Profile Are We Looking For?** * Completed university degree in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Organization, or other technical disciplines. * A Master's degree related to Supply Chain, Operations, or Project Management is desirable. * University degree obtained **less than 2 years ago**, and it is mandatory that the candidate has not previously held a training contract for professional practice. * Fluent **English** proficiency. * **Availability to start:** August 17 **What Would Be the Responsibilities?** * Provide support to the Projects and Supply Chain area. * Participate in **strategic** and **continuous improvement** initiatives. * Identify **process and operational improvement opportunities**. * Collaborate with **cross-functional teams** in project coordination and monitoring. * Participate in **data analysis**, **KPI tracking**, and **risk management**. * Support **project implementation** and **change management**.
