Position Summary: We are seeking a proactive procurement manager for a food company, responsible for supply management, document control, warehouse supervision, and supplier negotiation. Key Responsibilities: 1. End-to-end procurement and supply management in the food industry. 2. Warehouse supervision and team coordination. 3. Negotiation with suppliers for cost and performance optimization. We are looking for a person to manage procurement tasks at a food-sector company located in Torija. The main responsibilities include sourcing raw and auxiliary materials, as well as processing all acquisitions of goods and services required for daily operations. This includes preparing purchase orders, maintaining rigorous documentation control, and monitoring compliance with quality specifications and material types. The position also involves supervising equipment entry and exit at the warehouse, coordinating work teams during receipt and unloading. Furthermore, identifying and negotiating with suppliers is essential to optimize costs and improve delivered performance. This is a full-time contract with a weekly working schedule of 40 hours, Monday through Friday. Working hours are in the morning shift, from 07:00 to 15:00, always including legally mandated rest periods for staff. * Minimum 6 months of experience. * We seek a proactive individual. * Residence near the workplace is an advantage.
