At Data Trends, we need to hire a Systems Technician to work at one of our clients in the Public Administration, responsible for ensuring the sustainability of public finances. WHAT WOULD WE LIKE TO FIND IN YOUR CV? We are looking for candidates with at least 4 years of experience in: * At least two years of experience focused on microcomputer systems maintenance, incident resolution, and user support. * Experience managing the Office 365 platform, including services such as Exchange, Outlook, and Sharepoint. * Experience managing virtualization software and virtual machines. * Knowledge of networking (routers, switches, VPNs, LAN…). * Experience installing and configuring equipment (PCs, printers, mobile devices, videoconferencing/audiovisual systems). Responsibilities * Investigate, diagnose, resolve technical issues, and determine solutions for software and hardware problems, including account configuration and network setup. * IT support: incidents, requests, inquiries, etc. * Prepare, configure, install software, and maintain computer equipment. * Monitor compliance with policies, procedures, and internal controls. * Document technical knowledge and produce timely reports. * Provide remote or on\-site user support in case of incidents.
