We are currently seeking to **hire** a **Treasury Technician** in **Madrid**, who shares our commitment to **quality, responsibility, and excellent service.** **Job Functions and Responsibilities:** * Opening, closing, and managing bank accounts. * Managing authorized signatories and users. * Performing bank reconciliations. * Accounting and executing operational transactions. * Collections, transfers to UTES, inter-account transfers, supplier payments, etc. * Payment and accounting of severance payments, settlements, pensions, advances, FLCs, fees, garnishments. Accounting for leasing. * Accounting for guarantee commission fees. * Managing the email inbox for supplier and internal department inquiries with speed and professionalism. * Providing documentation support to various departments. * Supporting other department functions as required. **We are looking for a candidate with the following requirements and competencies:** * Higher Vocational Training in Administration and Finance * Minimum one year of experience. * Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA. * Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel. * Detail-oriented and highly organized individual.
