Site Operations Manager

We are currently looking for an Operations Manager who, as head of operations, will be responsible for leadership and optimal performance. **What will you do on a daily basis?** * Lead operations, including planning, picking, and dispatch. * Manage shift-based workforce planning in a 24x7 operation. * Report daily KPIs to the site manager and client related to service level agreement compliance, productivity targets, quality, inventory control, shrinkage, and incidents. * Ensure work is performed safely and that workers' health is safeguarded. * Manage talent through objective performance measurement and feedback. * Promote idea generation, creativity, and continuous improvement within work teams. * Be proactive in establishing improvements and best practices. * Develop, implement, and supervise adherence to work procedures. * Establish corrective action plans when deviations from objectives are identified. **What are we looking for?** * University degree (Bachelor’s or Licentiate) in Engineering, Business Administration and Management, Industrial Organization, or related disciplines; or specialized training in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Operations Management. * Minimum 5 years’ experience leading teams of \+50 people in logistics operations within large enterprises. * Strong data analysis capability, initiative, and accountability. * Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and persuasion ability. * Strong teamwork and resilience capabilities. * Advanced English proficiency. * Proficient use of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables and charts, data import). * Knowledge of warehouse management software is a plus. **What do we offer you?** * Opportunity for professional growth in a world-class, highly automated warehouse with significant exposure to clients and company leadership.
