**Positions Available** ---------------------- 2 **Company** ----------- Tragsa **Project / Reason for Hiring** --------------------------------- Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., the parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specialized in activities related to rural development and nature conservation, seeks to hire 2 Foremen/Forewomen to support construction works in Guadalajara. **Workplace** -------------------- * Guadalajara **Functions and Tasks** ---------------------- * Organization of construction works * Tool handling * Interpretation of blueprints * Compliance with Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL), Quality, and Environmental Regulations (MM.AA) **Specific Requirements** -------------------------- Compliance with the requirements and/or merits must be substantiated by completing assessment tests and/or attaching the necessary documentation in the “Annexes” section of the registration questionnaire. The Tragsa Group reserves the right to request, at any stage of the process, documentary evidence supporting the information provided in the application, as well as to require additional information from the candidate’s CV whenever such information is necessary to verify the stated requirements and/or merits detailed in this job posting. ### **Education** #### **Qualifications** * You hold a Spanish high school diploma (Bachiller), pre-university qualification (BUP or COU), or vocational training qualification (FP I, CFGM, FP II, or CFGS), duly recognized in Spain. #### **Additional Training** * 20-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training ### **Prior Experience** * At least 2 years of experience working on construction sites as a foreman/forewoman and/or supervisor (with formal employment contract) ### **Other Mandatory Requirements** * Valid Spanish driving license, category B **Merits (Evaluable)** ------------------------ ### **Education** #### **Additional Training** * 50- or 60-hour Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training * Environmental training of at least 50 hours * Horticulture training of at least 50 hours ### **Prior Experience** * From 1 month up to 5 years of experience as a foreman/forewoman and/or supervisor (with formal employment contract) **Observations** ----------------- * Offer includes: + Fixed-term contract with an estimated total duration of 12 months, if applicable.
