DESCRIPTION We require the incorporation of an experienced Control Operator (BMS) to perform control tasks in the comprehensive maintenance of one of our clients’ buildings located in the Chamartín district. COMSA Service is part of the maintenance, conservation, and services business unit of COMSA Corporación, carrying out comprehensive and specialized maintenance of buildings, infrastructures, and industrial facilities. REQUIREMENTS * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Control Room Operator (BMS) in the maintenance sector. * Knowledge of comprehensive maintenance (HVAC, electricity, etc.).
