Job Summary: We are seeking a person for cleaning and general maintenance of outdoor areas, with support in gardening and occasional indoor tasks. Key Points: 1. We are looking for a person to perform cleaning and general maintenance tasks at a center located in Loeches. The work focuses primarily on the outdoor areas of the facility, ensuring that the environment is maintained in good condition and meets established quality standards. Main responsibilities include cleaning outdoor areas, basic collection and sorting of solid waste, and removal of weeds in specific areas. The role also involves cleaning gutters and surface drainage systems, as well as supporting basic maintenance of landscaped areas. Occasionally, the worker may assist with indoor cleaning tasks according to service needs. An official disability certificate indicating a disability level of 33% or higher is required, along with active unemployment registration. Since the center is located in Loeches, having a personal vehicle for commuting is essential. The position requires the ability to perform physical labor outdoors, even under varying weather conditions.
