Continuous training and technical mentoring **Description:** ---------------- At GRUPO SAVIA — an engineering firm specializing in comprehensive maintenance, installation, and service solutions for the industrial and tertiary sectors — we are looking for a Junior Tertiary Project Manager for our Coslada (Madrid) office. The selected candidate will provide technical and operational support for tertiary-sector projects, collaborating on resource planning, activity coordination, service monitoring, and communication with assigned clients. This is a role with genuine growth potential, ideal for technically oriented professionals aspiring to advance into project management. Key responsibilities include: * Planning of field teams and coordination of subcontractors for tertiary-sector work. * Preparation of low-value quotations for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services. * Basic supervision and review of preventive maintenance reports. * Technical support for incidents and collection of relevant information for resolution. * Direct client liaison for assigned accounts, ensuring smooth and professional communication. * Preparation of internal tracking reports and summaries. * Support in economic contract control: labor hours, materials, subcontracting, and minor deviations. * Collaboration in planning project activities, resources, and timelines. * Registration and management of technical documentation to ensure traceability and procedural compliance. * Coordination of documentation related to occupational health and safety (PRL), site access, permits, audits, and certifications. * Operational supervision of tertiary-sector installations to verify quality and compliance. * Participation in identifying technical or operational improvements and in compiling lessons learned. * Support in drafting work procedures together with IPM.
