Proactivity and responsibility are valued We are looking for a warehouse assistant for a metal sector company located in Horta Nord. Responsibilities will include receiving, verifying, and properly storing both raw materials and special components. Additionally, the role involves supplying various departments within the company and managing inventory of finished products ready for distribution. The position also includes occasional use of pallet trucks and forklifts, as well as manual handling of heavy loads. Familiarity with other tasks inherent to a warehouse role is valued. Working hours will be full-time, totaling 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday. The schedule is split-shift, covering the time slot between 07:30 and 17:30, with legally mandated breaks. * Minimum one year’s prior experience performing duties identical or similar to those described. * We seek a proactive and responsible individual. * Residency near the workplace is desirable. * Valid driver’s license class B and personal vehicle required to commute to the workplace. * Vocational training in mechanics and drafting or similar.\- Valid forklift operator certificate (issued after 2021) is desirable.\- Desirable 20-hour PRL certificate for the metal sector.
