We are more than 121,000 professionals working in multidisciplinary teams with profiles as diverse as financiers, legal experts, data scientists, developers, engineers and designers. **Learn more about the area:** In DevOps Retail Client Solutions, we provide service and support to the entire Retail area, integrating newly requested capabilities and maintaining existing ones. **About the job:** **Key Responsibilities:** * CI/CD Management: Design, implement, and maintain continuous integration and continuous deployment processes using tools such as GitHub, Bitbucket, Jenkins, and Artifactory. . * Cloud Environment Experience (AWS, GCP): Including services such as compute, storage, and AWS Lambda/Cloud Functions for process automation and task execution within CI/CD pipelines, ensuring scalability, security, and efficiency. * Security and Access: Manage large-scale identity and access policies via Global IAM, enforcing the principle of "least privilege". * Automation: Identify bottlenecks in the development process and eliminate them through scripts or automation tools. * Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to facilitate adoption of DevOps and observability best practices. **Technical Requirements (Must-have)** * Solid experience (3-5+ years) in DevOps or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) roles. * Practical experience with GitHub Actions (workflows, reusable workflows, runners) and Jenkins (administration level and development of complex pipelines). * SCM Expertise: Advanced experience administering repositories in Bitbucket and GitHub (*Branching model*, hooks, *branching strategies*). * Artifact management experience with Artifactory. * Cloud Computing: Demonstrable experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.) and GCP. * Scripting experience (Bash, Python, Groovy, etc.). * Security: In-depth knowledge of configuring roles, users, and policies in IAM at the global/multi-account level. * Understanding of software development best practices and software lifecycle. **Desirable Skills (Nice-to-have)** * Official AWS certifications (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer). * Experience integrating security into pipelines (DevSecOps). **Soft Skills** * Problem-solving mindset: Not only report the issue, but also identify its root cause. * Effective communication: Ability to explain complex technical concepts to various stakeholders. * Adaptability: Comfort working in agile and rapidly changing environments. **Skills:** Client Orientation, Empathy, Ethics, Innovation, Proactive Thinking
