The selected candidate will be responsible for: * Supporting the identification of risk factors, risk assessment, and definition of measures for occupational safety and health, in compliance with current legislation, based on specific organizational knowledge and the company's processes. * Defining preventive and protective measures against risks in the workplace, along with the corresponding control system. * Participating in consultations regarding occupational safety and health. * Informing relevant workers about identified risk factors and necessary preventive measures. * Controlling, verifying, and keeping up to date all regulatory documentation, both for equipment and for the company's buildings/assets. * Analyzing preventive and protective measures in response to emerging risks. * Supporting the company physician in activities related to the plant's specific health protocol. * Supporting the definition of safety and environmental procedures. * Supporting the competent manager in ensuring the company's Occupational Health, Safety, and Environmental Management Systems, defining guidelines, implementing continuous updates, identifying improvement initiatives, as well as relevant certifications. * Supporting the HSE Manager in periodic reporting on HSE performance and initiatives. Staying continuously updated on new safety measures and environmental legislation * **Requirements** * Professional experience in this or a similar role: \> 2\-3 years. * Experience in management: preferably within a multinational context of comparable scale. * Languages: English mandatory (intermediate level). * Higher education degree\*: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as: Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Sciences, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering **Why Work at Epta** At Epta, we believe people are the driving force behind our success.
