The role entails full oversight and management of civil works associated with photovoltaic projects, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and schedule standards. This position has an estimated duration of 1 year, with a planned start date in March. **Key Responsibilities:** * Supervise and coordinate daily site activities, ensuring proper execution of civil works. * Verify compliance with design drawings, technical specifications, and applicable regulations. * Efficiently manage on-site resources (personnel, machinery, materials). * Monitor execution timelines and work progress, implementing corrective actions when necessary. * Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety policies, promoting a safe working environment. * Conduct periodic quality inspections and report incidents. * Collaborate closely with the site manager, engineers, and other departments involved in the project. * Prepare construction progress and monitoring reports. * Manage technical and administrative documentation for the project. * Maintain smooth communication with subcontractors and suppliers. **Job Requirements:** * Degree in Civil Engineering, Public Works Engineering, Technical Architecture or equivalent. * Minimum 2 years’ proven experience as a Civil Supervisor, Site Manager, or similar role in photovoltaic projects or infrastructure works. * In-depth knowledge of civil construction techniques, materials, and construction processes. * Ability to interpret drawings, technical specifications, and calculation reports. * Experience managing work teams and coordinating subcontractors. * Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations applicable to construction sites. * Problem-solving ability and sound decision-making skills. * Results-oriented mindset with focus on achieving objectives. * Willingness to work at various geographic locations as required by project needs. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master’s degree or postgraduate qualification in renewable energy or project management. * Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera). * Occupational health and safety certifications (e.g., TPC). * Technical English proficiency. **We Offer:** * Temporary contract with potential for extension. * Joining a professional and growing team. * Participation in large-scale energy projects. * Professional development opportunities.
