Responsibilities Expert in the Digital Transformation and Data Management Unit of the Strategic Consulting Directorate. Key responsibilities include: * Ensuring compliance with directives issued under Digital Transformation and Data initiatives, as well as defined quality criteria. * Representing management before clients and official bodies, ensuring institutional coherence, technical rigor, and organizational reputation. * Serving as the technical liaison in digital transformation and data projects when required; safeguarding documentary quality, traceability, and formal consistency of deliverables. * Implementing digital transformation, data governance, and AI governance solutions. Requirements University degree (Bachelor’s or higher) in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields within Information and Communication Technologies (e.g., Data Science, Software Engineering). At least 10 years of professional experience since obtaining the university degree, including at least 5 years in project direction/management within the field of digital transformation.
