Would you like to be part of a success story and decisively contribute—with your work, your ideas, and your personality—to success in the service area? **What will you do in this position?** Reporting to the Assembly Area Manager, as Assembly Manager you will be responsible for organising, controlling, and distributing assembly-related tasks for our products, managing a team of technicians. This is a dynamic role with a high degree of self-management, involving direct interaction with clients and engineering firms. **Responsibilities** * Management, planning, control, and development of the team of assembly technicians under your supervision. * Coordination of subcontractors and suppliers. * Direction, analysis, monitoring of site progress and assembly outcomes, and control of performance indicators. * Reporting on billing milestone achievement and collaboration in collections management. * Organisation and coordination of material receipt, as well as identification of shortages or deficiencies. * Delivery of installed units to customers or the after-sales department, adhering to the highest quality standards. * Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations and the site safety plan. * Collaboration with the commercial department in preparing quotations. **Who we are looking for** -------------------- Do you have a structured approach to work and familiarity with the digital world, enabling you to independently manage your daily tasks? Do you enjoy completing your tasks quickly and successfully?
