As part of the Firm’s Selection and Recruitment team, you will manage end-to-end selection processes for highly diverse profiles across our various business lines. At PwC, we are seeking a professional **passionate about Talent Selection and Attraction** for our Human Capital team. With **1 to 4 years of experience** in the following areas: * Managing selection processes for Junior and Senior profiles within high-volume hiring departments * Identifying hiring needs and candidate profiles in collaboration with internal clients * Publishing job postings * Experience in direct candidate sourcing (highly valued) * Attending university presentations and job fairs at leading national universities * Screening and conducting telephone and in-person interviews * Managing onboarding of new employees **Required Competencies:** * Ability to work autonomously * High level of English proficiency * High level of Excel proficiency * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail * Excellent high-level communication skills * Planning ability and commitment to quality * Teamwork orientation * High tolerance for pressure
