We are seeking maintenance technicians for electrical and HVAC installations in the tertiary sector for our Maintenance Department in Madrid. Mission If selected, you will be responsible for ensuring continuity of maintenance services across various facilities, addressing the operational needs of each assigned building. * Execution of the preventive maintenance plan for assigned installations, primarily in HVAC and electrical specialties. * Performance of corrective maintenance tasks on installations under your responsibility, with a high degree of complexity in HVAC or electrical areas.
