Job Summary: We are seeking responsible personnel for cleaning and waste management in facilities, maintaining interior spaces, garages, and outdoor areas in perfect condition. Key Points: 1. Autonomous and efficient management of maintenance for assigned areas 2. Maintenance of interior spaces, garages, and outdoor areas 3. Cleaning tasks and waste management Personnel are required to perform cleaning and waste management tasks at the facilities located in San Sebastián de los Reyes. The work includes both interior maintenance of the premises and specific cleaning of garages and outdoor areas to ensure everything remains in perfect condition. For this position, a valid disability certificate is mandatory. A temporary contract is offered with an initial duration of three months, extendable by an additional year. The working schedule is part-time, from Monday to Friday, during the evening shift from 18:00 to 22:00 hours. The monthly gross salary is EUR 608. We seek a responsible individual capable of autonomously and efficiently managing the maintenance of assigned areas during the evening shift.
