You will join a multidisciplinary team that embodies our company’s core values: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, and a spirit of innovation and collegiality. **Your New Role – What Does It Involve?** Your main responsibilities will include comprehensive management and coordination of architectural projects for public and private clients, leading multidisciplinary teams across all project phases. You will participate in preparing public tenders and associated technical documentation, as well as in developing construction projects, technical reports, regulatory justifications, budgets, and contractual documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for developing and coordinating BIM models using Revit, ensuring technical quality of deliverables and adherence to project timelines, objectives, and standards. You will collaborate closely with other disciplines—including structural engineering, building services, civil works, and project management—providing technical judgment, foresight, and innovative solutions to successfully deliver complex, large-scale projects. **What Are We Looking for in a Team Member?** We are seeking an **Architect** with over 10 years’ experience in executing building projects, preferably with demonstrable experience in projects for public clients and in preparing and managing public tenders. Equivalent qualifications in Building, Technical Architecture, or Engineering will also be valued.
