As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support data initiatives by building clean pipelines, preparing datasets, and developing analyses and visualizations that help the business make informed decisions. You will be part of an international and dynamic team, collaborating with various *stakeholders*, analysts, and technical teams to turn data into actionable insights. The process includes an **online interview in English**, so an **English CV** is required. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain Python scripts and *notebooks* (Jupyter) for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis. * Manipulate datasets using Pandas/NumPy and write efficient SQL queries to extract data from relational databases. * Create clear visualizations and basic dashboards (Matplotlib/Plotly) to communicate results to non-technical audiences. * Support the development and execution of data quality controls. * Collaborate with senior profiles to “productize” recurring analyses and automate periodic reports. * Support ad hoc requests and assist in investigating data incidents, ensuring accuracy and consistency. **Requirements:** * **Education / Technical Experience** * Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. * Solid foundation in Python (data structures, functions, virtual environments). * Experience with Pandas/NumPy. * Basic-to-intermediate SQL (SELECT, JOINs, filtering, aggregation) and relational database concepts. * Knowledge of descriptive statistics and data quality concepts. * Proficiency with Spyder, Jupyter, or VS Code. * **Personal Competencies** * Curious, detail-oriented profile with strong eagerness to learn. * Strong communication skills; ability to explain technical results simply. * Proactivity, collaborative spirit, and problem-solving orientation. * Proficiency in English and Spanish (reading, writing, and speaking). **Conditions:** * Permanent contract * Hybrid model: 50% remote, 50% on-site (Nuevos Ministerios, Madrid) * International environment with a strong commitment to data quality. * Mentorship, learning plan, and growth opportunities
